FYE's Spotlight Magazine is a monthly music and movie publication highlighting special offers and upcoming releases. It's been in circulation for years, and yet almost completely unrecognized by customers.

 

For most of its history, Spotlight was treated as a throw-away co-op dollar generator; labels and studios would buy ad space and miscellaneous titles would be thrown onto pages with no rhyme or reason. Most of the books would usually end up in the trash when (or before) the next edition came in.

 

I recognized the potential it had, and transformed it into a compelling editorial piece. People may not be buying music and movies the way they used to, but that doesn't mean the love is gone!
